I´m Lisette Zeeuw, clinical psychologist. After my Master in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Amsterdam I’ve worked as a psychologist/social worker for a year. I helped people in their own home with problems such as debts, anxiety and problems within the nuclear family. It was a very direct and very personal treatment and I loved it. I then decided to broaden my horizon and move to Barcelona.

I finished a second Master in Clinical Psychology at the University of Barcelona in order to specialize myself even more in clinical psychology. At the same time I was studying my Masters degree I was working as a psychologist at the University of Barcelona, at the

Unitat de Terapia de Conducta (Behavioral Therapy Psychological Clinic). There I worked with clients with sexual problems, anxiety, depression and OCD.

After that I made a small sidestep and I worked as a researcher on Burnout during a year. However, I missed working with clients a lot. In 2015 I joined IPITIA and I have to say I’m very happy here.

As a psychologist I belief in personalized and individualized treatment. My mission is to take away the taboo of psychological therapy and my hope is that one day our psychological well-being will be as important as our physical well-being.
