Group Therapeutic Workshop

(Saturdays · 8 hours)

Led by Damián Ruiz

An intensive setting designed for the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) from an integrative and eclectic approach.

This programme combines:

  • clinical understanding
  • personal exploration
  • experiential work
  • lifestyle changes

In addition to addressing symptoms, it focuses on the emotions that sustain OCD — particularly fear and guilt — and on how these become blocked and continue to fuel anxiety over time.

The aim is not only to reduce symptoms, but to intervene in the internal processes and life conditions that maintain the problem.

Who is this for?

This programme is suitable for people who:

  • experience OCD symptoms or persistent obsessive patterns
  • want to better understand what is happening to them
  • are looking for a deeper approach that goes beyond the symptom
  • need to reorganise aspects of their life that contribute to anxiety

Attendance can be occasional or ongoing.
Monthly participation is not required, although it supports greater continuity in the process.

Important

This programme does not offer an immediate solution or a “one-day cure”.

It is an intensive therapeutic setting that enables participants to:

  • understand how OCD operates in their particular case
  • identify the patterns that maintain it
  • recognise the emotional and life-related factors involved
  • establish a clear direction for further work

Clinical change requires time, repetition and sustained adjustment.
This workshop may serve as a starting point, support, or a way of restructuring an ongoing process.
